Welcome to Mid Suffolk Pilates
I am Claire Day and welcome to Mid Suffolk Pilates. I specialise in small classes with a maximum of 8 clients per class and I am based in the lovely village of Woolpit in Suffolk.
Classes are for mixed ability and because numbers are limited, you will receive individual exercises to suit your ability so that you can build an exercise regime tailored to your requirements.
All classes are held at my studio next to Woolpit Oestopaths in the centre of the village. Positioned close to Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket, it is well placed for easy access off the A14.

I can’t recommend Claire highly enough. Her professionalism and care is second to none. Classes are kept small which allows for continued help and support during a session – an essential aspect of a class in my opinion.
